In order to improve the professional knowledge and the skill level in the routine work, Maple leaf shipyard hold training which would be held  three times in one month. On the 9^th Nov, the first training was hold on schedule.

Cao Shuaiming, as one of the teachers, he linked with the rules from the international shipbuilding to analysed the questions about the blocks fitted. So that the staffs do their job clearly, resolve the problem and recognize the direction.

In the future training, the company will invite some classification surveyors who had rich experience to explain the demand about quality rules in the shipbuilding process.
